Q: Please can anyone tell me... How do I send a gift certificate via email in dollars when I need to pay in GBP?

I'd like to send a gift certificate to someone in the United States, but when I choose to send it to them, I only have UK pounds to select from.

Does anyone know how to send an ITunes gift certificate in dollars but pay for it in GBP.
