I'm trying to make it so explicit stuff isn't available but the wording is really strange, at least to my brain. I went to settings>General>Restrictions, and then to Books. It said "Explicit Sexual Content" with an On/Off switch . . . but I can't tell if "On" means the blocker is on or the sexual content is allowed.

So, does Explicit Sexual Content turned "on" mean you can SEE the sexual content or that your parental controls BLOCKING it are on?
