Every time I make a new voice sample and put it in song all previous samples change to the one I just recorded? How do I save old one so they won't change?

That's the way tracks work in GB ios.
You would have to use a different track for each sample and then use the "Merge" function to merge those tracks into one track (this also creates a copy of your original un-merged song).
