Iphone 4 touch screen buggy and pressing random buttons

My month old iphone 4's touch screen randomly quit on me and will not let me log into my phone. I can not swip across, but it is a little responsive. It presses random buttons. I have restarted it multipule times with no affect. Is there anything i can do?
