I am unable to restore OR reset my iPad 3. I forgot my passcode and am unable to either restore or reset because it constantly states that I am not connected to the internet which I am. I have tried turning off my firewalls and checking my internet options. Please help me resolve this situation.

If necessary Place the Device into Recovery mode...
I have tried that, but both times the message comes the same as the above. I am not able to connect to the internet while my internet is working and I can access my iTunes.
