not able to publish journal from my iPhoto on iPhone

I am unable share link or view journal created on iphoto on iphone.

I get the following error

"Error..Unable to create link...Try again later"

I have tried deleting the journal and re-creating the journal.

I have also tried deleting my icloud account on iphone and re-adding it.

Nothing is working..Any help towards this is highly appreciated.

Iphone 5 running ios 6.0.2
