Error 1602, Iphone 5 will not start/restore

just bought the phone, worked well for two weeks, now won't start, th startup up white apple logo screen will flash but nothing else. have tried a DFU after which I see a ERROR 1602.. Also have gone through pretty well the entire troubleshooting and nothing has worked.
