I accidently turned on voice control.

I do not have ANY type of mic that will allow me to turn it off and I can't seem to be allowed to swipe the screen anymore. How do I change the settings if it won't let me click on the 'Settings' icon? Someone please help I can't believe I've done this after having it for an hour!
