Q: I have mac mini, i got the problem on opening . It opens with apple sign and again no sign on tv. I have connect mac mini by thunderbolt. Please help me

I have problem on opening mac mini. I have connected mac mini with hdtv by using thunderbolt. At first it works but now cannot show display. It shows spple sign first and after that it becomes dark .

This was caused during my child changing the desktop picture

Please help me

    Are you saying that it did work well before your kid changed something?

    Yes it works perfetly before.. Now got problem to open my mac mini..i can see only apple sign first with loading sign and it becomes dark but mac mini runs.. I dont know wat to do??

    Try this if you haven't done yet:

    - Shut down the Mini, probably best by pressing and holding the power button for a few seconds.

    - Disconnect the cable to the TV from the Mini.

    - Restart the Mini, give it some time for booting to the login screen, or all the way if you have automatic login enabled.

    - Then reconnect the TV to the Mini.

    Eventually the Mini will detect the TV and login screen or desktop will become visible again.
