How can I re-link clips to a project?

One of my Projects timeline (Sicilia 2012) appears empty while the related Events timeline (Sicilia 2012) contains all necessary clips. How can I re-link the clips?

Problem arised once the external drive wasn't connected at the booth of Final Cut Pro software.

Now with all connected it still appears empty?

Suggestions?
