UPNP device not found! | Listen port of TCP blocked

I have airport extreme 5th generation installed. Since I was geting the listening port blocked in Bitcomet - I went to airport utility and open the TCP & UDP ports for private and public network. The firewall has bitcomet as an exception - so everything points to the router...

After I open the port on airport utility, this is what I am receiving and still have the TCP listen port blocked...

Listen Port of TCP: 26722 (Blocked by Firewall/Router)

Listen Port of UDP: 26722 (Opened in Firewall/Router)

Windows Firewall: Added [TCP opened, UDP opened]

UPnP NAT port mapping: Failed [UPNP device not found!]

I will be very thankful for your help
