I get an unknown error -50 when redeeming a movie. How do I fix?

I am curently not using any software that would prohibit communication between my computer and interent and also the video is not cache.
The actual error message says to Use Check for Available download command in the Store menu to download again later.
When I enter the code into Apple standard redeem screen it says to insert the disc which is already in. I have been downloading other digital copies all day and they all seem to work just fine. Maybe something is wrong with the disc.
