My name is Sam I am 11 years old here with Mom. Had an account with Apple on my IPod aprox 1 mo. ago. lost with computer failure could there be any way to reboot my ipod 4th generation today? Thanks Julianne Kout, Sam Kout

Your posting makes very little sense.

What is the actual issue?

Rebooting an iDevice has nothing to do with a computer, simply press and hold the power button until the Slide to Power Off screen appears, then slide the bar to power off.
