My iPad my wont locate it self on maps and Siri. I've done a hard reset and restore but not working

I've tried that but no luck. It was fine till I updated to iOS 6.0.2
I resetted my router and that fixed the problem
Under Settngs > Privacy > Location Services, do you have Maps "On"?
If you have set up Find My iPad, is it "On"?
I also have this problem, my location services are on but the iPad Mini "cannot determine location".
Mine has started doing this again. Is yours cellular model or wifi because the cellular has GPS support
Seems like we all have same problem with the location service. Everything is on but seems cant locate the location
Has anyone worked out how to fix this. Mine isn't working rather. I've just purchased a new Netgear wireless modem and iPad mini. So not sure what is causing the issue.
After the update my issues started again. The weird thing is it will detirmine location when not on wifi.
