I dont know how to fix it, has anyone else had this problem and if so how did you fix it?

Next try on another computer to help determine if you have a computer or iPod problem.
Yeah just struggling to find another computer with itunes, but thanks anyway
itunes closes everytime I try to restore my ipod touch 4gs and its stuck at the screen with the usb and the itunes logo, ive tried everything, anyone know what to do?
