Is the Sim Pin number and the ICCID the same??

I want to program a PassWord on my wife's new iPad 4 BUT only for the cellular portion (4 G LTE) BUT it asks for the Sim Card's Pin Number. I don't show any pin number on the contract paperwork BUT I do have an ICCID. Is this the same thing?
