Q: Transfer daughter's purchases made on my account to her own account?

Anything Downloaded with a Particular Apple ID is tied to that Apple ID and Cannot be Merged or Transferred to a Different Apple ID.

The installed apps will continue working on an iPhone, the password of your Apple ID is needed only to update these apps.

Your daughter can use her own Apple ID and purchase new apps if she wants and still use the apps that you have purchased using your Apple ID. More, if you decide to purchase a new app using your Apple ID (lets say she has an Apple ID with possibility to "purchase" the free apps only) - you may login to iTunes Store on the phone with your Apple ID and download it on the phone... or do the same via iTunes.

She had a itunes card and has a balance left of $15.00 but this was pput on my account instead of hers. Is there a way to transfer?

Gift Card / iTunes Card Credit cannot be transferred.
