How to get camera roll photos back after restoring iphone 4s?!

Today I decided to update my iphone software version to 6.0.1 via itunes. I can't backup my iphone before starting updating so I lost all my data :((( I only mind about camera roll photos and videos.. How can I restore them please?!!!

iPhone 4S, iOS 6.0.1

you can not get them back unless u had them backed up on some device or on youre computer

yea theres not really anything anybody can do cuz u bascially erased everything

As stated, if you did not back them up someplace else-iCloud, on a pc, in iPhoto, etc-they are gone.
