you put her iphone in duf mode n u can look up on computer and make sure its connect to comouter and itunes should pop up saying restore youre device
When I'm connecting to iTunes it's just saying you need to put in passcode, she's typed in many times so that's why it's disabled
go on youtube and type in how to put in duf mode and after u do that it should pop up on itunes

It will be easier for the OP to search if they have the correct term. It's DFU, an acronym for Device Firmware Update.

I'm sorry but I have no idea what that means. Using standard English spelling, grammar and punctuation will significantly increase the likelihood that people will understand you. Of course, if you are not a native speaker, I applaud your willingness to try to help in a language not your own.
well i just see it as faster texting and responding to people

Faster is not better if it's incomprehensible. And, nothing here requires that sort of speed.
so ur saying u wouldnt want the person to know how to fix there problem faster then ??

I'm saying nothing here is a matter of life or death. The minute or two longer it takes to type a comprehensible reply is worth the effort. If people can't understand you, you're not actually helping them. You will also have more credibility than if you type like a teenager texting friends. Additionally, many of the participants here are not native speakers of English. Non-standard usage will make it that much more challenging for those struggling with an unfamiliar vernacular.
well look at the comments above did it not help

If you really want to help people here, you'll also learn to take advice from people who've been here for a while.
Best of luck.
