Why do my iPhone Safari bookmarks randomly disappear and then reappear later?

I have this problem also where my Safari bookmarks disappear randomly, somethimes as often as every 5 minutes or so.

Quitting and restarting Safari does not seem to help...only helps maybe 30% of the time.

Wondering if this entire issue might be related to iCloud.

Am I the only person where:

1. the loss of bookmarks happens many times in a day?

2. Restarting Safari does not fix the issue?

I am running iOS6.0.1 on a 4(g?)

Any help is appreciated.
