Q: How can I upload music to icloud

I have my entire CD collection in my iTunes library, I took the time to transfer about 400 CD's I had in my collection to my local iTunes library.

 

How can I load some of this music up to iCloud so i can use it on my iPhone and iPad?

iMac, Mac OS X (10.6.8)
