I would like to install Bootcamp on my Mac Book Pro for using the games Sims2. How can I get Bootcamp and witch version do I need. I have only the 32bit version of windows. Does it work with my Mac Book?

you don't really want or need 32-bit OS and retail comes with both.
So that means you don't have full retail but OEM or school or other edition.
And yes it works. (Why wouldn't it?)

32 bitWindows will not be able to use more than about 3.5 GB of your ram total.
Get 64 bit Windows if your computer is a 64 bit computer.
is it possible, to use windows 7, 32 bit, with bootcamp?
