Hi There. Even though trying all this I still can't get iTunes to see my new iPad - any suggestions?

Anyone who have a suggestion about how to get my new iPad to appear in iTunes for Mac OSX 10.6.8 ?

iPad (4th gen) Wi-Fi, Mac OS X (10.6.8)

What version iTunes are you running? Update to the latest version may solve the issue

Hi

I did try to re-install iTunes 11.01 on Mac Mini OSX 10.6.8 following the online instructions about how to do just that, but it didn't change anything. Also the iPad is updated to the latest version. The iTunes, that I got, are able to identify my iPhone and iPod without any problems.
