I got a new laptop for Christmas, and I want to sync my iPad to my new computer. But I dont want my itunes to replace everything on my ipad with my itunes. HOw do i download all my things like tv shows/music onto my itunes on my laptop so it doesnt delete all my things on my ipad?

If you still have access to the Old computer you used to Sync to... Then...
To have EVERYTHING as it is Now...
From your OLD computer...
Copy your ENTIRE iTunes FOLDER to an External Drive... and then from the External Drive to your New Computer..
