... and some have been using it "as is" and there are plenty of threads as to what if any issues, how to work around, etc.
Might always want to put what iMac model year - you show Lion rather than ML
All that can be said is Boot Camp Assistant can be rerun to download Windows support software but likely or may find 10.8.2 to grab the latest such drivers and such. Or find drivers on the internet too.
