how can I mirror my iPad via Apple tv on the TV-Screen?

Assuming you are on the same local network as the Apple TV,
double tap home button, then go to the left in task manager, there should be icon next to the volume bar with airplay sign. Simply tap that, choose your apple tv and turn on mirroring
