MacBook Air full?

Have emoved all files etc from my MacBookAir. i only use it for downloading photographs while travelling and after downloding on the iMac I remove all from the Air. But now when checking my HD in About This Mac / More info / Storage it indicates that 131 GB free out of 250 GB. When checking same MacintoshHD/ Get info it indicates Available 221 GB. in Abouth This Mac it indicates under Backups 90,19 GB but it is nowhere to be found.

Did any of you ever come across the same problem and how to solve it? I am concerned that the HD will follow the 131 GB whicj leaves me short on downloading from my cameras.

“You may notice a difference in available space statistics between Disk Utility, Finder, and Get Info inspectors. This is expected and can be safely ignored. The Finder displays the available space on the disk without accounting for the local snapshots, because local snapshots will surrender their disk space if needed."
