can i retrieve my itunes library from any computer?

Ive recently can not use my pc any more due to a circuit short in my house. I have logged on to another computer but can not retrieve my itunes library. what do i do? Its difficult to see the music I purchased just dissappear due to one computer.

You (or a helpful friend) may be able to extract the hard drive from the damaged computer, put it in an external drive bay and extract your iTunes library and other personal data from it. Otherwise see Recover your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device.
