If you have tried "... all your tweak suggestions..." take your iPad to an authorized service center. You said you've tried them all so there is nothing more to suggest.
Probably you have failed to notice thousands of complaints related to wi fi issues after upgrade to ios 6.0.1. In that case what needs a revisit ? iPad or the operating system. I want only a serious answer.
Some things to try first:
1. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
2. Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.
3. Change the channel on your wireless router (Auto or Channel 6 is best). Instructions at http://macintoshhowto.com/advanced/how-to-get-a-good-range-on-your-wireless-netw ork.html
4. Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.
5. Renew IP Address: (especially if you are droping internet connection)
• Launch Settings app
• Tap on Wi-Fi
• Tap on the blue arrow of the Wi-Fi network that you connect to from the list
• In the window that opens, tap on the Renew Lease button

Note - When troubleshooting wifi connection problems, don't hold your iPad by hand. There have been a few reports that holding the iPad by hand, seems to attenuate the wifi signal.

My response was serious. You said you tried everything. If you were serious the only option left is to take it into an authorized service center for evaluation. If nothing has worked, as you stated, then the only possible explanation is a hardware failure. But do as you wish.
I have noticed a WiFi sync quirk associated with IOS-6. The computer's iTunes will recognize my iPod only if it is NOT connected to a charger. My iPad is original and is still on IOS-5. It functions properly.
I can temporarily resolve the issue by restarting my router (Airport Express). The problem returns if I log off/on my computer.
I don't mean that you were playing prank. But probably you missed that it was "update to iops 6.0.1" that created issues.
Anyways, thanks for your desire to solve the issue.
I have for the time being reset the network settings from the General options in the setting tab and that seems to have worked. But then that is not a permanent solution. There indeed is something wrong with ios 6 which must be resolved at the earliest.
