I have pages 09 and want to export it as an html file. I cannot find the epub option in either share or export under files.

I have pages 09 (just put it back in) and want to export a file as an html file, so I can put up a novel. I cannot find the epub option in either share or export under files. It doesn' appear. Do I need to do a file update?

Pages hasn't had the option to export as HTML since iWork '06. It did a terrible job except for very basic text.

For ePub you do need to update Pages 4 to at least 4.0.4 using the iWork 9.0.4 updater. If you're using Lion you should update to 9.1 & to 9.3 if you're using Mountain Lion.
