Q: I redeemed my digital copy, but it's the wrong movie

I redeemed my digital copy for the Lost World from the Jurassic Park Ultimate Trilogy package and then I redeemed the codes for Jurassic Park 1 & 3, but they downloaded as the Lost World! Help?????
