If the application has an uninstaller use that.
If not... drag it to trash and Empty the Trash

Well, I didnt know if deleting all the files, it would still be there. So I just contacted Apples assistance.
What if it won't drag to the trash and you the uninstaller won't uninstall it/you may not have the uninstaller anymore? (Citrix online plug in)

I have the same issue sometimes. Some things I can drag to the trash and delete and others I can not. Why is that.
I wanted to uninstall Acrobate Adobe reader and reinstall it, but no luck. I'm have an issue with reader. When I double click Adobe reader to open it nothing happens.
In an attempt to prevent unwary users from doing permanent damage to essential system files necessitating lengthy recovery steps they are locked (prevented) from simple deletion.
Often when an Application acts strangely it is a corrupt .plist (preference) file. Sometimes deleting those files will cure strange behavior.
Other times hanging at launch may mean part of the Application or Installed support files are missing or corrupt.
Try a reinstall first.
