Ipod nano 7th generation won't sync to my windows' itunes

My ipod is does not sync with my itunes account. Itunes does detect my ipod but is unable to sync. I try everything that is suggested in its troubleshooting website with no results. I tried on another window computer and it also wouldn't sync. I tried my sister's mac and it was able to sync with her computer is seems to be a windows problem. Can someone help me sync my ipod to my windows computer? Thanks.

I did a diagnostic test and this what I got.

I was able to find a solution to my problem by following the helpful tips I found on this two discussion websites

With the ipod connected to the computer usb port

I first went to start menu and type in the search box Device Manager

I open device manager

I then I click on the + of portable device

Under that I found my ipod

Then I right click on it and uninstall it

Then I click on the + of universal serial bus controller

Then I right click apple mobile device and uninstall it

I eject my ipod and I unplugged it

Then I restarted my computer

I plug my ipod to a different usb port

I open itunes click on the ipod icon on the right side

Next to summary tab I click on music tab

Then I scroll down and click on the box sync music

Then after that I was allow to sync my music
