Hepl me Please...?

One question ..?

I buy an iPhone 5 release in the apple store via web, about 3 weeks ago I had no service, till I decided to use it, I bought a SIM card.

Turns out the iPhone is locked that's what they told me they are giving me the phone service.

They told me to get a data network setting to look and not have my phone, what comes out there is to share Internet and gives me options to contact AT & T.

I would like to help me I can do now ...?
