all my icons on my ipad 3 appears faded
Do the apps work? Try resetting/rebooting the iPad.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
all the apps works fine, but they just appears faded, and turning off and on didnt help
My guess too many active an open windows. I would close out all open windows and then reboot. To close out windows double click you home key. All open windows will appear at bottom of screen. Press and hold the icons until they wiggle. By touching them again on the minus sign, they will deactivate the session. This you will have to do one by one. Complete until all icons are deactivated. Go to home page and do a reboot. Depress home key and power key until apple logo appears. Continue to hold until it forces a shut down. Then power back up. Hopefully, your fading issue will have disappeared.
You can try closing all of your apps in the recents tray like Hoaggie13 suggested. It's worth a try. But I will have 80 or more apps in my recents tray at any one given time and I've never experienced that. Hopefully closing the apps will work for you.
