Can I use a G4 powerbook as keyboard input device for iPad?
-through bluetooth?
-through a wireless router?
-any other way?

Sadly you can't use your PowerBook to support any other device via Bluetooth, unless your transferring data or using a Bluetooth Keyboard/Mouse to connect to your PowerBook
