Q: Frightened: Syncing Music

I have recently gotten a Macbook Pro for Christmas. Itunes is already downloaded on it, and it is on my old Windows Vista computer. Now, I'm trying to sync all my music from my iPod to my new iTunes. Keep in mind that everything is already done (authorized, etc.). So, I go over to the music tab, hit sync music, and it says "Are you sure you want to remove existing music (and other things) from this iPod and sync with this iTunes library?" So, I hit yes, then Apply, then it says "This iPod is synced with another iTunes library. Do you want to erase this iPod and sync with this iTunes library?" I am afraid to press this button. Is there an easier, faster, and cheaper way to move my old music to my new iTunes by iPod? The reason why I'm asking is because some of my music is from CD's that I have borrowed from libraries and other places. Any ideas?

iPod touch, Windows 7
