If so try holding the option key as you launch iPhoto and see if the library is there in the list.

ApplicationsMigration Assistant creates a new user account on the Mac, usually with the same name as the Windows user from which you transferred the data. You have to log in as that new user and move the files to the Public folder. Log out, then log back into your account. Copy the files from the new user's Public folder to your home folder. Finally, delete the new account if you no longer need it.

If you find the files in this menu then press the Commnd key and click the file to open it, which will reveal it in the Finder. This will show you where the files are on your system. Migration Assistant should transfer your account as it was from your previous sytem to the current one, which you should be logged into right now. Are you able to find your other files besides photos?
