can I download music to a Sylvania MP4 player
My daughter got a Sylvania mp4 player. Can I download music from itunes on to it, if so , how?

Drag the items from the iTunes window to the mp4 player on the desktop.

It must be the MP4 player...when I plug it into the computer, it is showing the songs in it, but when it is not plugged into the computer, it only shows the 3 songs we uploaded from our Real player. Not sure what is going on. Really new to all this!
