Q: Migration assistant
Hi all,
I got a MacBook Air..very exciting I know! I am new to all this and slowly catching on.
I am switching my files from PC to Mac, and I was wondering if it is possible to select certain files for transfer. I only want to transfer essentials such as important bookmarks and documents such as resumes.
I do not want to download the Migration Assistant, to find out it transferred all files and then spend hours deleting unwanted crap! Haha.

Transfer the files from the PC to an external Hard Drive.
Then Drag and Drop them into you New (exciting) Mac.
After everything is working to your Satisfaction... Consider using the External Hard Drive as your Time Machine Back Up Drive.... (If it is large enough)'
