I cannot get FaceTime on my cellular and haven't got the turn cellular on option in the FaceTime settings
On which device you are working and which operating system, if this is a priority to you update to the latest iOS 6
Hi I'm on an iPhone 4 with ios6 Verizon said I have the latest software but the menu options they were trouble shooting g I don't have !
Maybe it is still not enabled by Verizon , check with them

iPhones sold in KSA have FaceTime permanently disabled. It cannot be "fixed".

FaceTime over 3G was never disabled by Verizon. They have allowed it since FaceTime over 3G became available. It is also not restricted based on your plan.
