"The Update Server Could Not Be Contacted"

Hello,

I keep getting this "The Update Server Could Not Be Contacted" I tried everything re-installed/updated itunes I did the internet option thingy.. I fixed my hosts file and i'm still getting that message.

Is there a way to fix this? I think I was getting that message since i bought my iphone.

I also had the same problem on my Ipad 2 but downloading a firmware fixed it..... I tried to download a firmware for my iphone but it didn't work ;/
