Itunes logo missing

Hi. I've had my PC disc wiped clean and I've re-downloaded itunes. Howvere I can't get the blue itunes logo to show on the desktop, so I can't access my library. Any suggestions?

Okay, so you've re-downloaded iTunes, but have you then installed iTunes?

I couldn't believe that I hadn't actually re-installed it, having re-downloaded it (several times !!). Many thanks, Fiend. All OK now.
