Please help, My iPhone will not appear in iTunes.

I have tried everything uninstalling iTunes then reinstalling it, different USB ports, different leads and its not my iPhone as the problem started with my iPod. Also in my computer there is an exclamation mark next to my iPhone.

iPhone 5, Windows 7

Here is a kb. Have you done steps 3,4 and 5 in this article? It sounds like a "driver" issue of some type...

If you have not done so, I'd work completely through this kb and report back.😉. I'd also look at iTunes Versions. What model iPod do you have? BTW, there is an iPod forum and you would get more direct iPod related help there...but the steps listed should be done on pretty much any iOS device.
