Wifi on IOS 6.0.2 not working

My wifi on IOS 6.0.2 is not connecting any network. I have an iPhone 5 and this worries me a lot. What can we do? How can we encourage Apple to review IOS and solve this problem?

I've tried to connect to almost ten different router with no success. The message is that "it cannot connect at this moment"
