I recently updated my operating system from Snow Leopard to Mountain Lion at which time I immediately updated to 10.8.2. Since that time my active window loses focus every second, when i reactivate the window it loses focus again and again. Help please.

I recently updated my operating system from Snow Leopard to Mountain Lion at which time I immediately updated to 10.8.2. Since the initial operating system update my active window loses focus every second, when i reactivate the window it loses focus again and again. Does anyone have a fix?

MacBook Pro, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)
