I have a iPad mini and it seems that ever since I updated to iOS 6.0.2 the battery life is horrible. Ill be on it for a hour and 20% is gone. I've heard other users have also had this problem. Never happened till after I updated.

I dint need that^ it's iOS 6.0.2 be fore the update it was fine.
About the iPad Battery - http://www.apple.com/batteries/ipad.html. Check to make sure your settings are optimized. They battery drains faster if you don't have it set properly. If it looks like it is set properly, then look at the "expected life" of such a battery.
If you feel all should be working, and is not, take to your local apple store, and have them test the battery.
