After upgrade to ios 6 my iphone microphone is not working, what can I do??

I need your help, After upgrade to ios 6 my iphone microphone is not working, So on calling any contact he can not hear me at all, what can I do??

iPhone 4S, iOS 6.0.1

Does your iPhone say headphones when you adjust the volume, even when they are disconnected?

You can try disconnecting and reconnecting the headphones 5-6 times or restoring the iPhone.

If that doesn't do it, you can setup service for the iPhone online or have a Genius take a look at it.

I tried this but it did not work!! Can guide me to the nearest authorized Apple shop in the south of Saudi Arabia, which can help me to service or exchange my iphone!

What carrier are you using?

You should be able to take it back to the place you purchased it or to the carrier.
