We can't view TV shows as the app is missing?

Question

We can't view TV shows as the app is missing?

We were able to last night just not sure what has happened to my shows that we have purchased? We have tried restarting apple TV but no luck. Please let me know what we can do to fix this.

Welcome to the Apple Community.

There are reports of TV Shows and/or Movies missing from users screens, initially it looked like this might be an issue in the UK only, but it may well be more widespread. It appears to be an issue that can't be fixed by the user, you will need to wait until this is resolved by Apple.

If you have other icons missing you may have an entirely different issue.

Thank you, the TV shows icon is now just returned to the home screen. Just like magic, thanks again for your help. Nice to know we were not the only ones 🙂

Im experiencing the same problem. I set up my new apple tv and all the movies were there now when I turn it on there is only 3/9. All updates are done.
