Ipod shuffle, 3rd gen, headphones

My nephew ruined my headphones for my ipod shuffle! After trying two other third party's headphones with built in volume control (no workee!), i decided to bite the bullet and get apple brand ear buds. Only problem is, I can't seem to find any that are compatible with my product! HELP!!
